Bonspiel Refund Policy

Bonspiel registrations are considered a commitment to participate and help ensure a successful event. Because draws, ice time, and meals are planned in advance, the following refund policy applies to all bonspiel registrations:

• 30+ days before the event
  Full refund of the registration fee.
• 14–29 days before the event
  50% refund of the registration fee.
• Less than 14 days before the event
  No refunds will be issued.

ReplacementTeams

If a team must withdraw from the bonspiel, they must contact the event organizers as soon as possible. Event organizers will first attempt to fill the open spot using the bonspiel waitlist. If the team's spot is filled by a team from the waitlist, the withdrawing team will receive a full refund regardless of the timing before the event.

If no waitlist team is available, the withdrawing team may arrange for a replacement team and transfer their registration. Any payment arrangements between teams are the responsibility of the teams involved.

EventCancellation

If Dakota Curling must cancel the bonspiel due to weather, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be issued at the discretion of the event organizers based on expenses already incurred.

PlayerSubstitutions

Teams may substitute individual players if needed; however, the team registration remains responsible for the full entry fee.
